Foody is a modern, user-centric food delivery and restaurant booking web application designed with a clean, vibrant green aesthetic. The landing page prioritizes high-quality food photography and a seamless user experience, featuring intuitive navigation for browsing menus, deals, and specific categories like "Shawarma" and "Milkshakes." Key functionalities include a streamlined "Advance Booking" system that allows users to reserve tables by selecting dates, times, and guest counts directly from the interface. The platform emphasizes reliability through its dedicated "Our Services" section, highlighting free home delivery and quality maintenance. With a focus on social proof—evidenced by customer reviews—and mobile accessibility via App Store and Play Store links, the project serves as a comprehensive bridge between hungry diners and local culinary experiences.
Things I Did
In this project, I spearheaded the complete UI/UX design for Foody, a modern food delivery and restaurant booking platform, using Figma. I focused on creating a visually engaging, user-centric interface that balances high-quality food imagery with intuitive navigation. A core component of my work was developing a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across components, typography, and the vibrant green colour palette for scalable future use. This structured approach streamlined the creation of key features, including a seamless "Advance Booking" flow, categorized menu browsing, and a responsive mobile experience, effectively bridging the gap between functional utility and aesthetic appeal.
